Disgusting , poor , disappointing service

Placed an order on the 16th Feb , my order was rescheduled with no communication, then I received 4 items out of the 12 items i received. Now the app shows that I received products which I didn’t ? I don’t know how many times I have called in to complain, it’s one mess after the other! Please cancel my entire order and come collect the 4 items I revised , I see my order was rescheduled again to be delivered 7th March yet I received daily messages that my order will be received before close of business. Cancel it and just return my money please !!!! All of it please Order No: ***7 and ***5
