Disgusting Customer Service

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service from Superbalist. I am a frequent buyer on this website and I placed an order on Sunday, order number # ***4. I received an email stating that I’m getting a refund end when I called in I was advised that it was A system glitch. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would like to receive my order at the price I paid. Can someone urgently call me !!!! Else I will take this further.
