Disgusted with Superbalist

I bought a watch on Superbalist.com on black Friday, at a very good discount, obviously... It was black Friday.

I received an email yesterday saying that they messed up the order as they don't have it in stock, and that they've processed a refund for me. THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE!

When I went online on Superbalist.com, I saw that the WATCH IS THERE, IT'S NOT EVEN SOLD OUT! A Superbalist.com representative (Melissa Sutherland) confirmed that they have it in stock, and then had the cheek to say that I can order it again (at the current NON BLACK FRIDAY PRICE, which is more than 3x what I originally bought it for!!!

I am disgusted with their service, and EXPECT THE WATCH TO BE DELIVERED TO ME, AT THE PRICE I BOUGHT IT FOR!!!
