Disgusted with superbalist

I have bought some dresses on superbalist and they're return policy says they will exchange or refund within 30days, i only noticed on my account that one of my items has been rejected for a refund then when i call to find out they say the policy is 7days for items that are on special !! Luke really why is this not specified on the note that come with the package cos it only talks about 30days return policy... So disappointed with Superbalist... Now i must be stuck with a dress that doesn't fit me...i always thought superbalist was the best but not anymore... Order number ***
