DISGUSTED CLIENT

Disgusted at the service I've been receiving. Been struggling for three weeks now to exchange an item , 1st they don't communicate, then drop it at the wrong address, I constantly have to be nice and say it's okay, hence I'm tired with the **** service as this is an item I'm paying for, not getting it for free, I'm beyond tired of the excuses and constantly having to call. they had to deliver today and still did not, bare in mind this has been coming on since 28th July, we almost in middle of August.
