Disgusted by the service!

I was supposed to receive my order on the 13th ... I sent an email on the 15th... your lady in "customer service" emailed me back telling me I had issues with my payment therefore my order was cancelled but a hour before that another agent told me its being delivered on monday 20th. I emailed her back telling her I am looking at my bank and yes u did take over R6000 from my account and nothing was cancelled! She then comes back to me and ses she made a mistake shes sorry. Suddenly 2 of my items gets cancelled! 2 items that is currently still available on.your website! Who and why is it cancelled??? I want to speak to a manager who is obviously never available because thats how we run customer service and accounts departments!!! I want my cancelled items reinstated or I want everything cancelled and Il never purchase from superbalist again!
