Disgusted and disappointed

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed. I bought a dress and am highly disgusted by the quality of the dress delivered.

I have never bought a garment online where it has been worn. The dress smelt really bad by the underarms was full of white marks back and front. There was also black stains on the front of the dress; How was this passed!? Do they have anyone who deals with quality control? A quality check before a garment is packaged and shipped is extremely vital? How can anyone pass a garment of such standard?

Thinking I will give them another chance I purchase a eye shadow palette and when delivered the ***ment was broken. when requesting an exchange they said a like for like exchange is not available.

This is really disappointing! Extremely Unhappy and am done purchasing from them!
