Disgusted.

I bought a dress that did not fit me and wanted to return it as per the returns policy offered by Superbalist.com. I was then told that they dress could not be refunded as it "smelt like perfume" - something that they could not prove. I have waited over a month now for the refund and haven't received anything. The lies and excuses received from this company are unacceptable. I now do not have the dress or the money.
