Disgrace and should not operate

Order ***:sent wrong size shoe so I sent back ,took them a week to find the shoe after they kept harassing me for collection when it had already been collected ,now say not in selling condition when I could not wear them and asked to be returned the same day I received them, not my problem as to what happened to them in between that week I had sent them back and they could not find them , now trying to return them to me . Dont reply to emails ,******* service and products dont do business with them ,***** company .
