Disappointing service and NO DELIVERY

Still waiting for my order which was supposed to arrive today between \8am and 5pm"according t o them. I have been waiting an en extra hour at work thinking my order will be delivered any moment and still no sign of anyone coming or even the consultants getting back to me as they said they would. It is now conveniently 5pm and of course no one picks up when I call the call center for the 3rd time since 4pm.<br> <br> This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing since my schedule has been planned around you guys keeping your end of the bargain which is really huge time allowance which I have accommodated.
