Disappointing experience

I ordered a sneaker from Superbalist they gave me the wrong order after I waited for 3 weeks Now I need them to come and collect the wrong item that they gave me, still they are taking their own time, it almost a month now waiting

I am calling them each and every day, I tried everything I can with no luck Can you please help me Thank you
