Disappointing Customer Service

I am deeply disappointed by the appalling service that i got from Superbalist.com. I placed orders with the, one was cancelled by them (apparently it's out of stock, it still is on their site and in stock) and I am still waiting for my second order that I placed more than 3 weeks ago. No one wants to help. I am NEVER EVER buying from them again...
