Disappointing

The disappointment I have with Superbalist.com I can't even imagine. I have exchanged item that did not fit my boy. the exchange was processed on the 16/12/2021 on the 17th boom order canceled. Gosh, it's last minute and my son was very happy with the shoes and loves them. Now all the shoes I like for my boy are pricey. I thought online should be easy and convenient but gosh I was wrong.
