Disappointing

So disappointed. I missed the collection by 1 day due to traveling instead of giving day or two allowance for goods fully paid for they canceled my order then tell me I must wait for goods to be processed back before getting refund as they will not reorder the goods and its is just my fault for missing the collection. No sympathy or understanding. Could understand if the goods where not paid for but for an item I oaid for in full
