05 Sept 2022, 19:36I placed an order (***3) on Superbalist.com on 25/08/2022. And on 01/09/2022 I received an SMS claiming that I was not available to receive the order , of which I completely disagree with as there was no missed call / SMS registered on my phone , nor did I receive a call from our Security , I again received the same SMS on 02/09/2022.
On 02/09/2022 I requested for a refund , and today I was told I will not get the delivery fee back - Aneesha.W and your people I want a FULL REFUND, inclusive of the delivery fee.
