Disappointed with Misleading Discounts

I've noticed Superbalist is becoming quite shady. I recently went online to purchase items that were advertised as having 40% off. However, when I clicked on them, the prices did not reflect the discount. I assumed the discount would be app**** at checkout, but it wasn't.

This isn't a small error — the discount would have amounted to over R1,000 on my order. I’ve logged an incident, but after reading similar reviews from other customers, I’m concerned I won’t be refunded.

Be careful and double-check your total before paying. This kind of misleading pricing is unacceptable, especially given how much people are spending.
