Disappointed with Delivery Experience

I placed an order with Superbalist on January 2nd, and despite being promised delivery by January 10th, my order has been delayed with no prior notice. Meanwhile, a separate order I placed on January 5th was delivered in just three days.

I understand that items are dispatched from different locations, but it is extremely frustrating to be told one thing and then experience something entirely different. I needed the order for this weekend, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience.

The lack of communication and the failure to meet the promised delivery date has been disappointing, especially as I've been a loyal customer for years. I was offered no alternative resolution, and when I requested that my order be fast-tracked or some form of compensation, I was informed it was not possible.

I expected much better service, and I'm left feeling let down. Would not recommend based on this experience
