Disappointed Loyal Customer/consumer.
Order # ***0 I've placed an order with Superbalist on the 24/11/2021 and one of the items ordered was a patio metal table and six matching chairs. To my surprise, after 9 days of not hearing anything from them, I received a message from them indicating that there was an inventory error on the table order and they've canceled it and giving me 15% discount on the next purchase. After such an inconvenience, they are canceling my order and what will I do with chairs that they are sending to me without a table? To think how many items I buy from them, they come and offer me 15% discount? Surely Superbalist can do better to ensure that I get my table order considering that I spent thousands on their items monthly. They're welcome to look at my profile to confirm this.

29 Jan 2022, 16:07The Superbalist Concierge team came back with a 50% discount on my next purchase which is far better than 15% discount therefore I'm happy and will continue to buy as they atleast listened to me and met me halfway.
