Disappointed first time customer

Had the worst experience with Superbalist today. My order was meant to arrive today as I missed it being delivered yesterday. I phoned the branch number after I received the missed call yesterday and made arrangements for it to be delivered at 10am this morning. 10 am came and the courier company had still not arrived. After traveling back and forth twice to the delivery destination, I contacted the branch office and was told it was going to be there at 11am, it wasn't. I tried to contact the Head office numerous times throughout the course of the day and had no success in reaching anyone . The branch office had no idea where the delivery person was as he had not been to our house when they said he had and after 6 trips back and forth to the delivery destination, I wanted to contact head office to change the delivery address. I contacted the branch office again and was told they will phone me back in a few minutes and that my parcel will be delivered before the end of the day. It is now 4:45pm and I have not received a call back from the branch office , an answer from head office or my parcel. I am so disappointed in your service and how I was mistreated as a customer with people getting annoyed with me for asking where the delivery person was and for the address to be changed and just your poor customer service in general.
