Disappointed customer due to unprofessional service

I ordered 2 perfumes in July, but only 1 bottle was inside the box, I called Superbalist call center, I was on hold for 17 minutes.I decided to log a query on their website 3 times.I have been contacted an online assistant responded on the 3rd one asking questions whether the box was tampered with and they will investigate.No one has called me yet, it's almost a week after I reported the incident.I am so disappointed on their unprofessionalism, I have been a loyal customer who buys stuff from them since its company inception.
