Disappointed

I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from Superbalist I placed an order (order no ***9) on the 24th of Nov and today is the 14th, I still haven't received it. One the 6th I received an email confirming that my order was delivered but there was no delivery at my house. I have been calling and emailing, I don't have concrete feedback. I have been ordering from Superbalist for a while and I have never ever seen or experience such. Yoh shame I am disappointed!!!!
