Disappointed by Superbalist!

I'm really disappointed with the lack of service from the courier company that you're utilising,MRD Express,I placed an order on 23/11/2018 and I'm still waiting for it,instead of the courier calling me when they get lost,they keep sending me messages that the delivery has been delayed because they can't find my address,since Superbalist and Spree merged,this is the type of quality we're supposed to succumb to,wow!The call centre is worse, you wait 10+ min to get through,once you have someone on the line,the phone miraculously gets cut and no one bothers to call you back or send an email acknowledging that your call got cut,I had a Spree and a Superbalist account separately for over a year and none of this has happened until now
