Disappointed buy Superbalisr

I placed an order from Superbalist and paid at the same time. After a week of noticing that my order has not moved for more than a week. I wrote an email to the, where they promised to get back to me.

I waited, there was no response or anyone updating. I asked for my money back which they promised to rufund.

I am very heart broken as I was looking forward finally own a Fossil watch and a perfume.
