Disappointed

I'm really disappointed with superbalist. In April I ordered superdry sneakers size 40 & I was giving size 41 of which I returned. On June 28 I again ordered same shoes size 40 & guess what? I got size 41. I mean what kind of coincidence is this? Is like someone at their distribution is doing this on purpose
