Disappointed

I orderd at-shirt October they sent a small cut I filled for refund because the t-shirt is a small cut and there is no bigger size than the one I took which is xl they promised to collect the t-shirt and refund me it’s been a full month and a week they keep on promising they will collect , this is not the first time i once bought a sneaker same thing I had to give the sneaker away because it was not what I expected and was just tired doing back to back chats with them.
