Disappointed

I was unfairly treated by this business and the don't leave up to customer's expectations, they lie and treat clients like they don't care, no one cares about customer's in this business. I received emails saying that my order has been cancelled after they gave incorrect contact details and upon being unable to contact me they returned the order. Instead of extending an apology they cancelled my order and told me that they are going to refund me and I will get my refund in 10days. My son was very heart broken as he needed to use those shoes. I fill they are selfish
