DIGUSTING

i dropped off an exchange parcel at Bank City drop location, and there was confusion between the currier guy and my parcel. The guy at bank city stated that my parcel has already been dispatched before the currier guy drops off my parcel. This is disgusting and annoying service from superbalist. The currier guy started sending countless messages stating that his been trying to deliver the parcel to me and he cant get hold of me, and that is lie they never attempted to deliver my package and never called to deliver the parcel... i am so annoyed at this incompetency of their service
