Did not receive my refund from Superbalist

Hi ordered from Superbalist in early December, I decided to cancel because they mixed my old and current delivery in one. I canceled the order, which was also a struggle to do so. I'm so upset at the way the handled everything, very unprofessional.

Their policy says I will receive refund within 5-7 days, today is the 29th of December and I canceled my order on the 19th of December. I'm still waiting for my refund with no communication. I am so upset and I'm ready to tell everyone how ****ty their business operates.
