Deteriorating Service

I have been buying from Superbalist for as long as I can remember but for the past few months I have been struggling with them - if it is not shortage with the delivery then it is late delivery.

On the 14 of March, I ordered a Bday gift for a friend and they delivered but short packed an item, we did a back and forth that ended up bearing no fruits

Last week Friday(25th March)I purchased again from them and the set delivery was for today (29th March)and when I enquire via email because their phone line is not working they then proceed to tell me that my order has been delayed.. When were they planning to tell me this if I had not emailed them. I am so annoyed and over their pathetic service.
