Despite return policy, cannot process a refund - you will lose your money

I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before ordering. I bought some items trusting that Superbalist would honor their return policy. The items have been returned and the refund approved. However, after providing bank details for several weeks, eventually for 2 different savings account, with bank confirmation letters, the response for each query is simply - sorry, the EFT has failed. No feedback until your enquire, and then the promise to try and refund again, just to fail again. This company should remove the option of refunds from their exchange policy, as it is simply impossible to get a refund or a reason why a refund would fail. Definitely would not recommend ordering from them!
