Despicable service

Now of late Superbalist has been failing and left a bitter taste to my mouth. Their standard has dropped due to lack of interest to their clients. It's either they bring an incomplete order or they behind schedule with ones order. I am frustrated of this service yet we support you with our hard earned money. Am highly disappointed at your poor service
