Delivery to wrong person - Still waiting for a manager to contact me.

I ordered a carpet which was R1359.00 it was delivered by skynet to the wrong person who they cannot get hold of. After making numerous calls to Superbalist i am still waiting for a manager to call me back. They train there staff to lie and say that they too busy to take any calls. I have yet to be refunded or contacted by them.

Very disappointed. Will not purchase from the ever again
