Delivery still not received

Delivery was claimed to be 'fast tracked', but never arrived on Tuesday, 11 April as claimed. Delivery driver texted me at 3am to say he 'couldn't deliver' and would bring it in the morning the following day - Wednesday, 12 April. Delivery still hasn't arrived, and the driver says he's making deliveries elsewhere currently and will drop mine after. Appalling service.
