delivery ****

I work from home permanently and have not left my house all day but i just received an sms saying my parcel could not be delivered because i was unavailable. i paid for next day delivery and i want my parcel today. You guys have a habit of ******** us for next day delivery and this is not acceptable. I regularly buy thing from you and takealot and when deliveries do arrive the complex security always calls my house.
