DELIVERY RESCHEDULED 4 TIMES, PATHETIC SERVICE

PATHETIC SERVICE. I logged a return last week Tuesday already . There is no option for me to del, but only to collect. They have rescheduled my collection 4 times already. I everytime make arrangements to work from home so that I can be home them to collect but nobody comes. I have made over 10 calls already and every time agent say they will call me back, but nobody calls.

This better be sorted out as soon as possible or I will log a formal complaints with the ombudsman They have no regard for me airtime and time.
