Delivery order : ***2

I made an order on the 19th under the impression that I will receive my items before Christmas because Superbalist is usually quick. I called in yesterday to track my order and was told that some items on my order had left the Cape town and should arrive in the Joburg warehouse late Yesterday so they can be dispatched to my delivery address. I called in again this morning looking to find out if the items from Cape town had arrived but I was told that my order has not been possessed as yet so it wont be delivered anytime soon. Ive been shopping at Superbalist for over years and its my first time experiencing the poorest service
