Delivery Not Made

Hi there,

my order(# ********** ) has not been delivered and I've had numeral issues with your consultants who assured me that they would have feedback for me regarding the order.

Firstly I was never called at any stage regarding the arrival of my delivery so it is very surprising how that happens as it's always a process for every delivery entity. Secondly the driver never got my place cause the maintenance guy for the building was with security by reception at the time the "delivery" was made and he confirmed that no delivery got there. The security guard at reception was a lady so that also contradicts the claims of the goods been delivered to a man, the name of the person who signed isn't known by any of the guards so this still justifies that claim.

When I called in again your consultants advised me that they called the delivery company and they got the driver to recollect the goods and that he would call me once they arrived at the building with the goods, that also didn't happen. They also advised me that they would give me a follow up call later that day and that also wasn't upheld, I'm beyond frustrated at this moment as I am a first time buyer and regret ever making this purchase.

I consulted with an agent called Sphe today to so I expect credible feedback from you guys asap.
