DELIVERY NEVER RECEIVED

On the 23/6/20 I placed an order from superbalist ( order# ***). On the 30/6/20 I received the sms notifying that my order will be delivered on the 1/7/20 before 5pm, then again on the 3rd I received the same sms. Up until today I have not received my order. On the 3rd I logged a query online but no one has contacted me with a feedback. The most frustrating part is that you cannot call superbalist. You must just wait for someone to come back to via email. Yesterday I logged another query again, without any luck no response from them as yet. Last week I logged on 3 queries for 3 different orders not a single of them has been resolved. Now I am paying payflex R1747 for merchandise that I did not even received. I am dissappointed with superbalist ( this is my worst nightmare) and exhausted with follow ups. Yesterday I spoke to Nadine Piedt concerning order#***, after discussing the order I then asked her to assist me with order *** but she never responded back to me until today I am still waiting.
