Delivery Lies

Once again, really disappointed in Superbalist. More specifically, the delivery team. I tried calling on Sunday, from 10am as your team advised that I missed delivery.

Firstly, I was home during delivery along with several other people. To gain access to the house, they would have had to hoot or call me for me to open the gate. Neither of this was done, as the delivery team was never at my place.

Secondly, why state on the site and in your automated voice response, that office hours are until 2pm on Sunday, if the calls just cut.

This order #*** better be delivered on Monday after 17:30, nobody will be home before that. The driver must call me or even hoot when he is here.

Needless to say, I am really upset and this was further compounded with the amount of airtime wasted trying to get hold of you guys.
