Delivery issue

I bought item online,mistakenly I chose old address for delivery, so I have tried to call the help desk twice,but they are not helpful,they told me to cancel the order for a refund,I tried to reason with them that they atheist give ne numbers of the driver or vise versa,but they are not willing to help at all, I also don't understand whey the driver tried to make delivery twice,surely first time they told him I am not staying there anymore,why did he go again, I don't understand why superbalist can't help with this issue,I stay 14Km away from the old address,only if they gave the driver Mt contact,surely I was gonna try something else
