Delivery is SLOW and takes over a week+

I don't understand what going on with your delivery service lately. I live in Cape town and the Superbalist warehouse is right here. I use to get my orders in 1 to 3 days. The past few months every single order takes 5 to 7 working days. I mean hire more drivers or something. It's just absolutely pathetic service lately. Nothing comes anymore on time.
