Delivery is good, but that's all.

The website is pretty easy to use. Delivery was fine. But aftersales support is robotic and poor. The product that I bought failed quickly. When returning the item I made a mistake and selected the default "refund". My wife pointed out that I had to select "exchange". So I email the "Client Concierge" (lame attempt at being bougie). The support team didn't respond to me until more than 24 hours later. Then they just ignored my email and processed the refund anyway. I then had to go back to the store and manually re-order the product. Which had increased in price. They then shipped the incorrect product, forcing me to go through the whole procedure again. The third delivery was fine again.
