Delivery delay

I ordered a dress at superbalist. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday. I called enquiring about my order with no assistance. I had an event i had to attend on Sunday but could not go due to delivery delay. Monday morning i didn't receive any feedback from the company. I called enquiring about this but the only feedback im getting is that the issue is being escalated. No feedback of when my dress will be delivered whatsoever. I am highly disappointed.
