Delivery Date Mess Up - Poor Service Superbalist! Order#***

I purchased an anniversary gift for my husband on 23/07 (anniversary being 30/07). The site & sms confirmed delivery for 27/07 - Obviously nothing arrived. I called them on 28/07 & was given a reason I honestly could not comprehend. I don't think the agent even knew what occurred. She then reordered the items! Had I not queried, what then? They now say the delivery will happen on 3 Aug!!!! Poor hubby... No gift tomorrow. Thanks for nothing Superbalist!
