Delivery Complaint

Good day

I purchase a parcel for Superbalist and it was meant to be delivered at Kuruman postnet. When my wife collected the parcel they only gave her a portion of the parcel. Upon opening the parcel when my wife arrives with it at Witbank, it come to my acknowledge that only two items where given by the branch at Kuruman. I therefore send Hezekiel to collect the remainder of the parcel from kuruman to be shipped to Ceres Postnet, When i collect the parcel at Ceres the box was not rapped proper and when i arrive home there was again two parcel in the box and a Polo sweater was missing. I therefore contacted the Superbalist their investigation conclusion was "Kindly note that I have followed up with the delivery department and they have confirmed that you have to request video footage from Postnet where the driver was instructed to deliver the order.Our delivery branch says that the boxes were delivered sealed, this delivery was then transported again to a different location as per your request. So it may very well be that the package was opened at Postnet Kuruman or Postnet Ceres, post delivery. I'm sorry we could not meet your desired outcome"

Clearly Superbalist doesn't look after their customers by ensuring that they should sort out their delivery issues.. I will strongly advise that all customers should open their deliveries prior.
