Delivery Complaint

I had one of the most rediculous delivery experience this morning with one of the driver from you guys delivering my order and exchange of an item. I do not appreciate being insulted by your drivers even asking me that he wonders who is my mother?

I will elaborate specifically what happened. I want to ask about you delivery stations. If an individual indicates where the driver must deliver why must the customer now have to locate your drivers. I work in a hospital and clearly indicated that delivery must happen in the pharmacy department so why am I supposed to go outside?

The very same driver yesterday did the same thing stood outside and expected me to go outside and locate him. I phoned him whilst I was outside because I couldn't see him and he told me that he is hiding the takealot jacket because people rob them then I said more reason why you need to come in.

I specifically told him that I am in another department then he should go to Pharmacy and ask for this specific person then he refused. I had to leave my patients unattended because of such. I asked him why he never went to the pharmacy he said he can't leave his car.

I was very furious took my things and walked away and he made some comments saying he wonders who gave birth to me. Is that how customers are treated at superbalist? He also told me that I don't take his job serious and one day it will be a job too.

He also latter phoned me asking where is the jacket and I explained to him that I gave it and he asked if both are superbalist? It really raises eyebrows because clearly he doesn't know what he is doing?

I will appreciate it if the rest of my orders and exchange I have you will be handled by someone else as I also don't feel safe and don't appreciate being insulted at all.
