Delivery

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed again with the delivery from Superbalist. I expected a delivery as per th delivery message I received indicating date of delivery. I took the day off to ensure that I was home to receive my item, but no not only was there no delivery but Superbalist did not not even have the decency to let me know of changes to the date if there was. Now because this a big delivery I used my home address and not work. Next week I'm back at work so I will not be available during the week to receive the item at my home ( again I took the day off soecically to receive it) so it's going to be very interesting to see how they will handle my delivery then.

So, I phone Superbalist to ask what was happening I got through to someone who said she was going to check on the item and get straight back to me but she never did. This always happens when I buy big ticket items from the on line retailer. So clearly only buy cheap stuff cause then you guaranteed to receive your items relatively soon ( and I use this term loosely) dont bother with more expensive items because there they dont deliver. The customer service I received or lack thereof is seriously concerning and off putting.
