Delivering wrong items, or not delivering at all

After being a loyal customer for many years, Superbalist has disappointed me more than once in a very short period of time:

1. Not delivering goods but indicating it was delivered. And then when I query where my item is, it is conveniently out of stock.

2. Delivering the incorrect item. When I try to reach out to them about it, they ignore me, and after follow ups, they just again state that the item is now out of stock.

Why do you put items on special, and then not deliver on it?
