Delivered to the wrong address - no one is helping to rectify the mistake!

I ordered a pair of expensive shoes through Superbalist and Takealot delivered them to the wrong address. This happened over 10 days ago now and every time I call to see what is happening with my refund, their update is the same "we have escalated this with the branch manager and they are waiting for the driver to go collect the shoes".

I have asked for my refund multiple times now and nothing is being done, no one is trying to fix the mistake and the service is shocking!!
