Deliver my order ASAP

I’d like to collect my order from Superbalist or have it reach me by 10am tomorrow morning but I’m told they can’t do it and I will have it on Friday. I have a flight to the US tomorrow afternoon and I need this order before I leave. Why are they making this difficult? Pls I wanna collect my order today or tomorrow morning they should deliver
